  • Introduction to five elements and meditation: Fire, Air, Cosmos, Earth, Water
  • Mind: Focus on understanding intellect, memory, knowledge, and sensory input systems to improve the clarity of thinking and action/reaction
  • Body/Soul: focus on who we are, identity, and inner strength – to improve consciousness and inner awareness. End – PRAYERS

Visualisation, Regrouping and Sharing of Outcome

  • Practicing Visualisation: Natural water/Ice/Vapour/SAS Observation
  • Focus on Mind, Body, and Soul
  • Impact Visualization (Breathing and visualization practice to help improve resilience & extreme situations)
